What is double chin?

Neck stretch
Rotate your head forward and down and then back and up using a clockwise, circular motion. After a few rotations, reverse the direction.
Whistle at the ceiling
Tilt your head back and look at the ceiling while sitting, close your lips into hissing position, and then hold it for some seconds.
Touch your nose
Stick out your tongue as far as possible, and try to touch your nose with the tip of your tongue. Hold your tongue for at least 10 seconds and release. Repeat this exercise 5 times.
Kiss the sky
Stand and tilt your head back to look at the sky. Slightly bring your lower jaw forward, and pucker your lips as if you will kiss someone in the sky. Keep the lips in the same position for some time.
Lion’s yawn
In a relaxed position while sitting or standing, open your mouth as completely as possible while extending the tongue out as far as possible. Keeping pushing the tongue out for some seconds, then release.
Straight jaw jut
Tilt your head back and look at the sky. Push your lower jaw forward and hold for 10 seconds. Then relax your jaw and return your head to a neutral position. Perform this process 10 times daily.
Bottom jaw jut
Tilt your head back and toward the sky. Turn your head to the right. Push your bottom jaw forward. Hold for 5 to 10 seconds and release. Repeat the process 10 to 15 times with your head turned to the left and the right.
Ball exercise
Place a small rubber ball under your chin. Press your chin down against the ball. Repeat 25 times daily.
Smile
Hold your teeth with your mouth closed, and stretch the corners of your lips as complete as possible. Now launch your tongue against your hard velum, steadily increasing the pressing force. Continue this for 5 seconds. Repeat this 5 to 8 times daily.
